ISA Pulverizers

Laboratory pulverizers of ISA series are intended for grinding laboratory samples of hard and brown coal, anthracite, oil shale and the products of their enrichment with the particle size max 3 mm for preparing analytical sample of size less than 0.2 mm.

The material together with the grinding rods is loaded into drums which are mounted on rotating rods of the Pulverizer. While the drums are rotating the loaded material is being pulverized by the grinding parts. The time required to obtain the desired size depends on the strength characteristics of the crushed material and usually does not exceed 30 minutes.

Drums and rods are places into opening soundproof chamber which significantly reduces the noise of the Pulverizer.

 Pulverizer ISA-5-0.2M can work with 5 drums simultaneously and each drum can be loaded with 0.6 kg of grinding material, it can grind up to 3.0 kg at one time.

Pulverizer ISA-2-0.2M2 can work with two drums at one time which are not removed from the rolls while the material is loaded or unloaded.

The electricity is supplied to the Pulverizer via 3-phases 380 V net.

 According to the customer’s requirements Pulverizer can be equipped with an engine with a different voltage. The control unit provides on/off of the engine, protection against short circuits and overloads. Moreover the control unit has a timer which stops the engine when the time expires.

The Pulverizer can be optionally equipped with mobile storage of drums and rods.
