DLR ROTARY SPLITTERS

DLR Rotary Splitters with predetermined (fixed) dividing index are intended for splitting samples of coal, coke, ore and other bulk materials into equal in quality and quantity parts (duplicates). A sample is equally distributed into 4(DLR-4M), 6(DLR-6M) or 8(DLR-8M) easy-to-remove containers. These Splitters can also be used for obtaining duplicates of predetermined weight out of samples of larger volume (reducer mode). In this case it is enough to set the required reduction rate on the control panel. The reduced part of the sample is delivered to a special container.

All the surfaces which are in contact with the sampled material are made of stainless steel. No maintenance is required.

For proper dividing the material should be supplied into the Splitter continuously and evenly. It can be achieved either manually or with a help of an auger feeder mounted on the Splitter case. Splitters with feeders are marked DLR-4MP, DLR-6MP and DLR-8MP.
