Crushing and Dividing Machine ADSR-3-150MC
ADSR-3-150MC is intended for hard coal, anthracite, oil shale crushing and further splitting and dividing of the crushed material into equal duplicates.
The ADSR-3-150M consists of three main parts installed on the frame:
- feeder;
- crushing hammer-type unit;
- splitting and dividing unit.
Particular qualities:
- duplicates are collected into standard plastic containers;
- the minimum reduction rate (16) allows receiving representative duplicate even from very little sample volume - 16 kg;
- low power consumption;
- easy and fast cleaning procedure.

(1) The
material size after crushing depends on the sieve type and its mesh size. The
necessary sieve should be selected by test (depending upon the type and
moisture contents of the initial material) so that the sieve’s mesh during
operation shouldn’t occur 100% puttied; (2) to
receive a representative laboratory sample min 500 g; (3) to
avoid overflowing the container for duplicates; (4) the acceptable moisture content depends on the crushed
material type and the type of the sieve. |
