SULFUR ANALYZER CS3-02АGТ
Sulfur analyzer CS3-02АGT is intended for mass fraction of total sulfur determination in three samples of solid fuel simultaneously by combustion samples at high temperature and further coulometric titration.
The Analyzer includes:
1) Electric tube furnace;
2) 3-channel unit for coulometric titration;
3) PC;
4) autotransformer.

Functions of the analyzer parts
Electric tube furnace CS3-02АG provides heating and temperature regulation in the combustion chamber. In the upper part of the furnace a combustion chamber is situated. Furnace heating is provided by silicon-carbide heaters.
At the bottom of the furnace there is a control panel. The nominal temperature is controlled and regulated by the electronic heating controller.

If needed the furnace may be used for mass fraction of total sulfur determination according to the demands of GOST 2059-95, ISO 351:1996 using the chemical vessels and reagents which are not included into the supply kit.
3-channel unit for automatic coulometric titration is intended for automatic coulometric titration.
Coulometric titration unit includes three electrolytic vessels, drier tubes and flowmeters for precise control of air consumption. Microprocessor unit controls titration process and data transfer to the computer.
Personal computer controls analysing, processes data received from the microprocessor unit of the automatic titrationб makes calculations, calibrates the sulfur analyzer and gives the results of mass fraction of total sulfur. The results are stored in the computer memory and can be looked through or printed by operator.
